The college supports three agricultural research and extension centers located at strategic sites throughout the state. The focus of each of these centers coincides with key agricultural commodities at those locations. In addition, our Russell E. Larson Agricultural Research Center at Rock Springs is centrally located near the main Penn State campus to provide research, extension, teaching, and opportunities in agriculture. Animal agriculture facilities are operated in the State College area by our Departments of Dairy and Animal Science, Poultry Science, and Veterinary Science.
